Inkwell is a branding project that I did for a literary organization that I helped grow since my sophomore year of college. I created a logomark and logotype for more versatility so we could more easily work within the constraints of whatever medium we were working with. inkwellmagazine.com
Veins of Gold was a project I did for the annually held Save the Storks Charity Ball. The Western theme was a project guideline, so I worked within that to create the theme "Veins of Gold", to show how valuable the life that lives in the veins is. Save the Storks is a pregnancy help center with locations all over America.
Charleston, South Carolina is one of the many places along the US coast suffering the consequences of Climate Change. I wanted to create something to bring awareness to this and thus “Keep the Ocean at Bay” (pun intended) was created. Unprecedented development is occurring in Charleston with little to no thought of the environment, though in recent years the state and local governments have begun taking crucial steps to rectify the situation. This campaign is intended to bring awareness to the issue of local flooding and give practical tips on how to better serve the environment and in doing so serve others around you.
Rent-a-Fridge is a dorm mini-fridge rental business venture I created with a business partner at Bob Jones University. I really enjoyed creating this app concept for the business, from the wireframes to the logo design and branding.
I approached this package intending to create something rather unconventional, yet practical and environmentally friendly. I chose all recyclable materials, from the cardboard box to the aluminum bottles. I went with Oars + Alps because their target market tends to live life outdoors, from hiking to kayaking, and this demographic tends to respond to eco-friendly packaging more favorably than the US consumer market in general.
I designed this infographic during my tenure at AFL Telecommunications. AFL needed an infographic to assist in marketing their products, so I used their overall brand feel, typefaces, and colors to create something easy to follow and help consumers better digest all the information. The final product was uploaded to their site as a .jpg.
Wash Me is a branding project I did for a car wash in Greenville SC. This concept was definitely a fun one to work with. I really tried to make this fun by creating something that would tap into kids' minds and influence them to ask their Mom driving them back from practice if they could go to the car wash, as I always did as a child. The fun branding would also help them stand out among all the other advertising that would potentially be around and make a splash.
